The Cedar Summit is being held this year at the Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort and Spa
in Victoria British Columbia from Thursday July 17th to Saturday July 19th, 2008.

WEDNESDAY JULY 16th
Package Pickup & Registration

4:00pm - 6:00pm
Note: Golfers must pick up their packages for the Thursday Cedar Shamble Tournament

THURSDAY JULY 17th
WRCLA Cedar Shamble Golf Tournament

The first event of the Summit is the optional Golf Tournament, hosted at the Olympic View Golf Club. Registration is required.

First tee off is at 7:36am (two tee start). There will be a hosted breakfast prior to the first tee off and boxed lunches will be available at the Refreshment Centre after 9:00am (located after the ninth tee).

Following the tournament, this is your opportunity to get re-acquainted with colleagues and
examine the various components of the WRCLA program.

6:30pm - 9:30pm (registration is required)
Dress Code: Casual

Following the Meet n' Greet, enjoy a casual BBQ hosted by the WRCLA. Registration required.

This is a farewell to everyone who has attended the conference, along with their families,
before heading for home.

To receive contract rates identify yourself being with the Western Red Cedar Lumber Association (Cedar Summit Conference) Reservations should be made by
Saturday June 16th to ensure you are in the room block. It is recommended that delegates who are participating in the golf tournament, arrive on Wednesday July 16th as our first tee-off is early Thursday morning.
